Welcome to a brand new month, and a brand new list of books I chose specifically because they don’t have anything to do with celebrating summer! I don’t know about you, but I’ve about had my fill of beach reads. Still, it’s summer temperatures outside and it may be a bit too soon to indulge in stories set in cozy small towns with coffee shops that serve pumpkin spice lattes, so this month’s list is a nice bridge between seasons.
If you’re ready to say goodbye to summer but not quite ready to welcome fall, read on for my September list!
Week 1: Honeysuckle Season by Mary Ellen Taylor
Week 2: More than Words by Jill Santopolo
Week 3: One in a Million by Lindsey Kelk
Week 4: You Were There Too by Colleen Oakley
